- Can I have multiple formats in a section? Yes! You can have multiple formats in a section or subsection.
This doesn’t affect your ability to organize or share files. However, not all formats will generate a preview.
Even if your uploaded files do not show a preview, they are still safely uploaded in their original format and quality.
- Why aren't CMYK/RGB/Pantone colors automatically generated? Brandox is designed to automatically generate color previews when HEX codes are entered. However, we do not automatically generate the corresponding codes for CMYK, RGB, and Pantone values.
This is because there is variation between the different color values. To reduce the chances of the incorrect color code being generated for the other fields, we leave these blank. You can fill them in automatically.

- How do I save uploaded assets? Brandox automatically saves your brand materials as you upload them. We also autosave changes as you make them.
Changes will be reflected on your brand page immediately.
- Adding a new section in the left menu To add a new page section, click on ADD NEW SECTION in the left menu of your brand page.
Once you click this, a pop-up window will appear where you can name this section.
Write your selected name for the section here and click the green 'Add' button to complete the process. You can update the name for this section at any time.

- How do I change the image or logo for my log-in page? If you want to set or change the background image or logo for your log-in page, follow these steps.
First, click on the drop-down account menu at the top of your screen
Click on Page Settings
Scroll down to Brand page images
Click on the image you wish to change to open up the editing window.
For best results, the background image should be at least 1600 x 900 pixels for the best quality. The logo should be at least 600 x 600 pixels.
- What file formats can I upload? Brandox can host any file format used by graphic designers and other creatives. Your brand page will also automatically generate previews for many files. This includes .eps and .ai files.
Upload all the files you need. You can also host multiple formats in a page section or subsection.
- How to upload assets There are two ways to upload your brand assets. The first is a simple drag & drop
Select the file(s) you want to upload
Drag & Drop them over the “Add new brand asset” widget
Your assets will begin uploading immediately
Note: You can select multiple files for drag and drop at one time.
A second way of uploading files:
Click on “Add new brand asset”
Select Upload File
Select files in the pop-up window
Click “Open”
Once you have uploaded your files, double-check the file name and add a short description if you want to.
Click “Add more info” to select or create a label for newly uploaded assets. In this section, you can also adjust how your assets are displayed on your brand page.
- Adding or updating page sections Only users with either edit or SuperAdmin rights can make the following changes to a brand page.
To add a new page section:
Select Add new page section
A dialog window will open. Write the name of the new section and a brief description (optional).
Click the green Save button.
To update a page section:
Open the drop-down menu by clicking the arrow next to the section name. Then click Edit.
From here you can edit the section name and description. You can also change the order of the subsections by dragging and dropping them in the right place.
