- How do I change my profile image? Change your profile image by following these steps:
Click "User Settings" in the drop-down menu
Change your image
Click "Save changes"

- Make your brand page Public to anyone If you want your brand page public and accessible to anyone who has the URL, follow these steps:
Go to Page Settings
Choose "Public"
Save changes
If you want to go back later and make your page only accessible to logged-in users, repeat the steps above and select "Private".
Please note: Making your brand page public removes the ability to hide sections from certain users.

You can move a brand page to another Brandox subscription if you are listed as a subscription admin.
To move a brand page, follow these steps:
Click on Subscriptions in the drop-down menu at the top of your brand page
Click View Account next to the subscription that currently hosts your brand page
Then click Settings
Scroll down to "Brand pages in this subscription"
Click on the gray "Move" button

To add an admin to a workspace/subscription:
- Click on the drop-down menu at the top and click Subscriptions
- Click on View account next to the subscription in question
- Click Settings and then scroll down
- Select Add new user to add a new admin user for that subscription
Please note that only SuperAdmins for a subscription can make these changes.
- How do I delete a brand page? To delete a brand page from your subscription follow these steps:
1) Click on 'Subscriptions' in the drop-down menu at the top of your brand page
2) Click 'View account' next to the subscription the brand page belongs to
3) Then click Settings
On this page, you can view all the brand pages in your subscription. Click on the 'Remove' button next to the brand page you want to delete.

- How do I create a new brand page? There are two ways to create a new brand page. You either create the page from the My Brand Pages-page or from one of your subscription page.
From the My Brand pages-page
Go to My Brand Pages
Click Create new brand page
Select what subscription you want to add the brand page to. If you have no subscription with free brand page slots, you have the option to create a new subscription (see screenshot below).
From a subscription page
Go to the Subscriptions overview and select what subscription you want to add the brand page to.
Go to the Settings-tab for that subscription.
Scroll down to the Brand pages in this subscription section.
Click Add new brand page.
- How can I change my password?new password, set password Change your password by following these steps:
Click 'User Settings' in the drop-down menu
Scroll down to the section labeled 'Security'
Type in your new password
Click 'Set password'
You will receive confirmation that your password has been updated.
- How do I change the name on my account? Go to Page Settings in the drop-down menu
Click on the field below "Company/Organization name"
Edit the company name
Scroll down and click 'Save Changes' to make sure the name is updated
Please note: Only SuperAdmins for the page can change the company name or any other page settings.

- How do I recover my password?password, lost password, new password, recover password If you have lost your password, go to your login page and click "Forgot Password?"
You will be guided through the steps to retrieve your password.

- How do I update my email address? Update the email address connected to your Brandox account in User Settings.
Click the drop-down Account menu at the top of your page
Then click on User Settings
Scroll down to the Email field and type in the new email address
Click 'Add Email'
A verification link will be sent to the new email address. Once your email has been verified, you can use it with your Brandox account.
You can connect multiple emails to your Brandox user account.
- Customizing your brand page URL Set your desired URL when you first sign up for a Brandox account. You cannot change the URL on your own once it is set.
If you want to change your URL, please contact our support team at [email protected]
All brand pages follow the format https://www.brandox.com/yourbrand.
It is not possible to white label or further customize your URL beyond this format.
