How can I update credit card details? If you'd like to update your credit card details or other payment information: Go to Your Subscriptions from the top dropdown menu Find the subscription you want to update Go to Billing and scroll down to Payment details
How do I find my invoices? You can find all the invoices for your subscription in the Billing area. Follow these steps: Go to Your Subscriptions from the top dropdown menu Go to Billing from the dropdown next to the subscription Scroll down to Billing history You can print or download all invoices from this area.
How do I upgrade my plan? Only subscription admins can change a Brandox plan. To change your plan: Go to Your Subscriptions from the top dropdown menu Find the subscription you want to upgrade in the list Go to Plan Select the plan that matches your needs Double-check your credit card details are accurate in the Billing tab If you encounter issues with this process, contact us at [email protected].
What are accepted forms of payment for Brandox? Presently, Brandox can only accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. We do not accept bank transfers or money orders.
How do I cancel my subscription? We're sorry to see you go! If you have chosen to cancel your Brandox subscription you can easily do so by following these steps: Go to Your Subscriptions from the top dropdown menu Find the subscription you want to cancel in the list Go to Plan Scroll down to Cancel subscription Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have already been charged for the next pay period.
