What does Pending mean?

A Pending referral means someone has signed up for a free trial through your link but has not selected a paid plan. You can only get extra storage for Approved users who have selected a plan.

How do I find my invoices? You can find all the invoices for your subscription in the Billing area. Can I add more storage to my account?add space, add storage, more space Yes, you can. Right now, if you want to add more storage to your plan, please contact us directly at [email protected] Soon we will launch additional storage options to allow you to do this on your own. We will send an announcement to our users when additional storage options are available in your Billing & Plan Settings.
How do I upgrade my plan? Only SuperAdmins can change a Brandox subscription. To change your plan: Billing and Plan Settings in the drop-down menu Select the plan that matches your needs Double-check your credit card details are accurate If you encounter issues with this process, contact us at [email protected]
What's the difference between Brandox plans? We offer three plan levels: Standard, Pro and Enterprise. Standard plans offer 10GB of storage. Pro plans offer 100GB of storage plus advanced access levels for users. This means SuperAdmins on Brandox accounts can control which page sections other users have access to. Coming soon Pro users will also have the ability to create up to 3 brand pages within their existing storage limit (multi-brand feature). Enterprise plans offer 1 TB of storage with advanced access levels. Enterprise users will also have access to the upcoming multi-brand feature. All Brandox plans all for unlimited users. We do not charge based on how many active users are connected to the account.
What are accepted forms of payment for Brandox? Presently, Brandox can only accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. We do not accept bank transfers or money orders.
How do I cancel my subscription? We're sorry to see you go! If you have chosen to cancel your Brandox subscription you can easily do so by following these steps: 1. Go to Subscriptions in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen (where your name is) 2. Click View Account next to the free trial account 3. Go to Plan > Scroll down to Cancel subscription Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have already been charged for the next pay period. Review our Terms of Service for more on this.
